I founded the international technology company Zylia and created its technology. I built the processes that enabled a small company to scale and sell complex technology products across the US, Europe and Asia.

I co-created international MPEG Audio standards — a multi-year process requiring the coordination of experts from more than a dozen countries, precise documentation and rigorous approval procedures. It taught me how to build reliable processes in highly regulated environments — exactly like those in law firms.

I have worked with leading lawyers for years and gained a detailed understanding of how law firms operate. I have mentored dozens of entrepreneurs as they built and scaled their companies, and conducted a comprehensive audit of business and product processes for Wolters Kluwer Polska. Today I bring these experiences together to help law firms select the workflows where AI can produce a measurable result.

I am a product-management expert and auditor, and the founder of Audio Product Academy, an education platform for technology companies in the AV sector. Previously, I worked as a Technical Program Manager at Avid Technology, where I was responsible for building agentic AI tools for Avid’s entire audio product division — for product managers, programme managers and QA engineers across the division.

I am also a founder and the first President of PDMA Central Europe, and I hold the prestigious New Product Development Professional Certificate (NPDP). I have helped dozens of organisations in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Cyprus and the US — including Wolters Kluwer — improve their product and service-management processes.
