AI Assistant Workshop

Build your own AI assistant — hands-on, using your firm's materials

This is not tool training or a product demonstration. Over two sessions, you build a working AI assistant for a selected task: write instructions in plain language, test them on anonymised or approved documents, refine them — and leave with the ability to build more.

We run the same workshop format for product managers at technology companies. Participants describe it as a “pure practical approach, no BS, hands-on”.

We do not begin a Sprint without measuring the baseline time. The Partner knows exactly where we are starting.

Measurement after the Sprint

After 30 days, we measure the same KPI. The outcome is a fact, not an opinion.

Correction at no extra cost

If the measurement does not confirm savings, we diagnose the cause together and plan a correction. We do not leave the Partner with a solution that does not work.
