The controller of your personal data is my3daudio sp. z o.o. (Polish National Court Register number KRS: 0001025910), trading under the Legatura brand (referred to below as “Legatura”, “we” or the “Controller”).

What data we collect and why

We collect information you provide to us and — only with your separate consent — limited analytics data about your use of the website:

• Contact form: your email address and message, so that we can respond and correspond about a possible engagement (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken before entering into a contract).
• Call booking: information provided in Cal.com, in particular your name, email address and selected time, so that we can arrange and hold the call (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• AI Brief subscription: your email address, so that we can send the newsletter (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent).
• Google Analytics 4: user count, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information — only after you consent through the cookie banner (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent).

How long we retain data

• Contact-form and call-booking data: until the correspondence or qualification process ends; if we enter into an engagement, for the period required by law (up to 5 years).
• Newsletter subscriber data: until consent is withdrawn.

Who receives your data

Data may be shared with providers of services necessary to operate the website, in particular Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile form protection and message delivery), Cal.com (appointment booking) and Google (Google Analytics 4 — only after consent), within the scope described in their own policies and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

Data is not used to train AI models. AI service providers, such as Anthropic, process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing, receive a portable copy and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies

The website uses essential technical cookies and — only with your consent — Google Analytics 4 cookies. Consent is voluntary and can be changed or withdrawn at any time through “Cookie settings” in the banner.

• Legatura_cookie_consent: remembers your cookie choice for 182 days.
• _ga: distinguishes users in Google Analytics, normally for up to 2 years.
• _ga_<identifier>: maintains session state in Google Analytics, normally for up to 2 years.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may amend this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the website.
